At Christopher Lee Catering we know that first class catering and outstanding service is vital to help the smooth operation of any production.
Our success has been established by a combination of creative and imaginative cooking and excellent value for money. Added to this is an inside knowledge of the needs (and foibles!) of any production crew, so we are adaptable and flexible in our approach, ensuring that the well-fed crew are a happy crew.
We have a core team of highly experienced chefs and ancillary staff – All our staff have food hygiene certificates and undergo regular professional development training.
We have custom built mobile kitchens, back up vehicles and background staff. We also have a fully equipped base kitchen and are able to cater for productions of up to 150 people per day.
