Our Hog Roasts are very popular for all types of celebrations and available throughout the year. The hog is slowly roasted to achieve the crisp and flavoursome crackling that has everybody asking for more!! As an alternative to the Hog Roast we can also provide Spit Roasted Lamb, Turkey or Beef (please email for details). Our Hog Roast provides enough meat for 100-120 servings and is accompanied by a chef and serving staff. The Hog is served with homemade stuffing and apple sauce, soft bread rolls, and a selection of mustards and relishes.

Barbecues
Planning an outdoor bash? Our extensive BBQ dishes are sure to make your event into a roaring success. Our Premier BBQ menu is especially mouthwatering with Homemade Beef Burgers with thyme, Moroccan Lamb Burgers, Chicken and Vegetable Skewers marinated in lemon and basil, Mushroom and Nut Burgers (v), King Prawn Skewers marinated in garlic and parsley and Smokey Chilli Ribs. This feast is priced from £14.20 per head (Price based on 50+ guests).
For something a little less extravagant but just as much fun why not try our Classic BBQ menu?
We offer 100% Beef Burgers, Chicken Pieces marinated in Rosemary and Honey and Pork and Herb Sausages.

Selection of Salads
We can also provide salad accompaniments for the Hog Roast and BBQ with a choice of 3 for £2.50 or two for £1.80 per head. All salads come with their own individual dressing and you can choose from Crisp Mixed Green Salad Leaves, Couscous, Chickpea and Mediterranean Roasted Vegetable salad or Creamy Homemade Coleslaw. Other salads are available upon request.

Selection of Pototoes
To make a real meal of it you could add from our selection of potatoes such as: Jacket Potato and Butter, Steamed New Potatoes with Herb Butter, Roasted New Potatoes with Garlic and Rosemary, Potato Salad with Herb dressing or Herb Mayonnaise or Boulangere Potatoes. The potato dishes are priced at £2.00 per portion per head.

Desserts
To finish your meal why not treat your guests to one of our delicious sweets? Choose from Plum Crumble Tart, Apple Strudel Tart, Bread and Butter Pudding or Chocolate Brownie all served with fresh cream at just £2.50 per head (we have a separate dessert menu for further choices).
