Christopher Lee Catering was established by Chris and his wife Amy in 2003. Chris, having originally studied at Oxford University, begun a career in finance in London and New York. During this time he discovered a flare for cooking and followed his true passion for food, spending the next 10 years as a chef in top class kitchens of London including Conran restaurants, Roux and Inter-Continental hotels.

Amy originally went to Art College and worked as a make-up artist in the film industry. They now bring their exceptional skills to their own catering business which is based in Bridgend, where Chris and Amy's focus is on providing customers with imaginative menus and exceptional food.

We are now sole caterers for the Grand Pavilion, Porthcawl, function rooms and Cafe Bar. The Cafe Bar has panoramic sea views from all its tables and we serve a speciality organic mexican coffee together with homemade cakes and a selection of exciting snacks and freshly cooked dishes of the day. Open 7 days a week. 9 - 5.
