Christopher Lee Catering is based in Bridgend, south Wales and services film & TV production companies, private and corporate clients in Wales and England. It is one of the few catering companies founded and run by a professional chef. Chris Lee, after originally reading Earth Sciences at St Edmund Hall, Oxford, followed his first love, food, training as a chef before working in London for Roux Brothers, Conran and the Inter Continental Hotel. The catering company was founded in 2002 and is very much a family run business with individual attention for all clients. |
